It is election day in Australia. Although I’ve been here three years, I don’t really know much about anything and I’m not allowed to vote - next time! So I decided to rope Steven Hamilton and Lachlan Vass into a Youtube Live to discuss the election this morning.
We had a lot of fun and received some excellent questions. I went in determined to make my takes as hot as possible - and Lachlan and Steven made sure to bring in their own.

As you can tell from the chat, we aren’t going to show a preference for either major party - we believe both parties can show leadership and represent Australians. We just wanted to talk about economic things - and really focus on why there were so many pieces on fiscal sustainability in the past were (here, here, here, here, and here).
